Hello! My name is Aakash and I’m a Data Engineer based in Tokyo. I currently work at Slalom Build as a Senior Data Engineer. Previously I worked at NTT Communications where I built a centralized data platform that powered data-driven decision-making.
After graduating in Computer Science and working for 1 year in India, I came to Japan. My main work involves creating data pipelines, data modeling, deploying ML Models in production, and designing large data systems. I can speak Japanese as I have been learning Japanese for a long time.
Outside work, I usually spend my time watching movies, work on side projects, help people get to know more about Japan and explore Japan’s culture and scenic places by driving.
